It’s a good thing that I like John then, isn’t it? WE COULD BE TWINS FOR TWIN’S DAY.

Mad at John, why must he insist his female companions are better company then me? I mean they are no where near as intelligent as I am…
Clearly you need to get out more often.

Interview with Jamie
- I sit down on the comfortable lounge chair as my next interviewee fills up his lemonade. He's wearing his best smile, knowing that today is a big day for his fans. I start the interview with an ordinary question
- Me: How does it feel to have a fan club?.
- My guest takes a sip of his lemonade, his blonde hair reflecting the sun.
- Jamie: Look, it's weird, as I'm sure it is for everyone, but the fact that people love me for who I am, that's incredible.
- Me: Do you think it's weird that you're not even a celebrity?
- Jamie: (laughs) Look, I am a celebrity, you're interviewing me, aren't you?
- I have concede that one, I am the most popular journalist around.
- Me: Tell us a bit about yourself?
- Jamie: I try to keep my background a secret-
- Me: -oooh, the fans love a secret-
- Jamie: haha, I'm sure they do. Look, I haven't had a perfect past, it's a bit embarrassing, but I'm sure that your readers understand that. I am an ordinary guy, with an ordinary life, and I'd like to keep somethings secret.
- I notice that Jamie is far from ordinary, he has a turnip in his lemonade.
- Me: I hear you like turnips, what's that about?
- Jamie: Everyone has their quirks. Tom Felton has his apples, John Watson from BBC's Sherlock has his jam, I have my turnips.
- Me: Where did the whole idea come from?
- Jamie: Ah, this is one story I can tell. It started as a child. I used to like listening to this tape for children, it was a Play School tape, and one of the stories was the Great, Big, Ginormous Turnip. I fell in love with turnips then.
- Me: Wow, that's intense. And since then it's been turnips all the way, huh?
- Jamie: Oh yes. But I'm not just that shallow.
- I remember a role he once played, Mitchell Hopps in Olympus Village, and I want to ask him about that.
- Me: You say you aren't shallow, but you have that ability, to be pretend to be shallow. Tell us about Mitchell Hopps.
- Jamie tosses his head back and laughs.
- Jamie: Oh Mitch, you have to give it to him, he was great. He really knew how to be obnoxious, but he was so cute at the same time. I loved to play him, he was a great character to get into.
- Me: He spoke French, did he not?
- Jamie: Yes. that's what really endeared him. He was a hopeless romantic, and the girl of his dreams would never be his.
- As Jamie fishes the turnip out of his lemonade, I think of his more recent projects.
- Me: Mitch is a role that has passed now, but what are you currently working on?
- Jamie: Oh, it's a great project. It's called The Other Universe, and the premise is really what if all of our favourite characters existed in one universe together, an alternate universe, as it were, and they all had coffee.
- Me: And your character?
- Jamie: Um, actually, I play Harry Potter. This is quite an interesting scenario. I love the series, the books and the films, people even say I bear a strong resemblance to Tom Felton. It's funny really. But I am enjoying it so far.
- Me: I have time for one last question, what can I do for this latest project?
- Jamie looks at me, his blue eyes sparkling. He clearly loves this new role playing project that he has.
- Jamie: Pass on the word. Let the world know about The Other Universe and get them to join in. It's fun, and people are missing out.
- And with that charge, I came home to type up this interview. Join The Other Universe at theotheruniverse-roleplay.tumblr.com and join Jamie's fan club at jamiesfriends.tumblr.com. And of course, you can follow me for more interviews like this at my page, frankifoni.tumblr.com
